What is the podcast about?

As believers in business, we’re called to be set apart - to be different. And we can’t be different unless we think differently.

Your Mind is the single thing with the most influence over the success of your business - not your degree, your resume, a swanky website, a curated Instagram profile or even your IQ.

At its core, this podcast is about how to Renew Your Mind so you can grow your business, spend more time with family and partner with God in your work.

Renewing Your Mind generally happens in 2 steps:

1. Identifying your current thought patterns that are built on lies, fears and doubts that are preventing you from building the business you want (more income, more time with family, and a deep relationship with God)

2. Rerouting those default thought patterns to intentional ones that have you operating from trust, confidence and the Truth about who God says you are

There is so much noise out there (on podcasts, blogs, etc.) about how to grow your business - this podcast is DIFFERENT in 2 major ways:

1. Most other resources focus entirely on Strategy.

• Which platform should you use to market yourself?

• What niches are the most profitable?

• How many times should you post on social media?

Strategy is important and we will talk about it, but it takes the back seat to Renewing Your Mind. Because you can have the perfect strategy and still not grow a successful business if you ignore what God says about taking our thoughts captive.

Failing to learn the Mindset of how to THINK like a faith-driven entrepreneur is the most common reason new businesses fail. On the other hand, the people who learn how to Renew Their Mind build thriving, long-term businesses.

2. Most other resources ignore (or flat out contradict) your faith and the values you hold.

There are sales, marketing and business practices that treat people as money to be extracted rather than people who are made in the image of God to be served.

You can build a thriving business on truth, integrity and love. Building a business on Kingdom principles is not just what we’re called to as believers - it’s what’s best for us, the world, and the people we serve.
