Our brains are meaning-making machines.

All day, you interpret neutral circumstances, assigning them meaning.

Our brain is just doing it’s job - helping you make sense of the world and keeping you safe.

But most times, the way your brain interprets a circumstance isn’t intentional.

It just happens on autopilot, based on years of programming and past experiences.

Sometimes the default works and things are fine.

But many times, how you interpret the circumstance keeps you away from what you actually want.
